Eyes were cloudy, but have been enhanced so that they look clear – the eye mechanism does stick just a little bit but as long as you don’t make her blink constantly, she is just fine. Her eyelashes are all present. Her original mohair wig is clean and in adorable Shirley curls. She is wearing an original pleated dancing dress from Curly Top, it is a bit faded but is in good condition, it is also TAGGED (though the tag has faded over time). This doll has overall crazing, some paint cracking on palm of hands, and a small crack on lower part of left leg, but still displays well. One eye is clear, the other is cloudy, but has been enhanced to look clear. Lip paint has been retouched (it looks great). Original mohair wig is in good condition. Cute organdy dress is age appropriate and displays well, but has some tearing on sleeve and in back. The compo on this doll is near flawless, her face is near mint, with all her original face paint. The eyes were cloudy but have been enhanced so that they now look clear. The only flaw I can find to the compo are two marks (small amount of paint loss)/rubs on the back of either arm - otherwise just so beautiful! Mohair wig is original, clean, and wonderful in Shirley curls. She is wearing her original Little Colonel dress - this is one of the rarest and most sought after dresses that there is, the dress is TAGGED and in excellent condition, I see one tiny pin hole - probably from a pin - on the front ruffle, but really in great condition).
